Understanding the Why

We don’t believe in “doing agile for agile sake” or that “being agile means following a prescribed list of activities and ceremonies.” Agile methodologies are very powerful and useful tools which we will help you leverage, but we will do so specifically within your unique context. We understand that you are running a business and providing value to your customers - that is the end goal. Developing agile teams and an agile organization is a means to get to that end goal. The first question we will ask you when you engage us is “Why do you want to become more agile?” which then directs the best approach to increasing agility in your organization. We will engage with you in whatever way makes sense given your goals, your current context, and your current capabilities.
